1Introduction

2Definitions

• "Prohibited User" means any person who is under 21 years of age, is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, or has been self-excluded or excluded by duit447.

3Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit or using any service offered through duit447, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
3. You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy;
4. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money;
5. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party;
6. You have independently considered your legal position under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

4Account Eligibility

4.1 Age requirement

Accounts may only be opened and used by individuals who are aged 21 years or above. duit447 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending verification and any deposits may be held or returned at duit447's sole discretion.

4.2 Jurisdiction

You are responsible for confirming that accessing and using duit447 is lawful in your jurisdiction. duit447 does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate in all locations. The Platform is primarily directed at Malaysian adults, but Malaysian law does not regulate international online gambling operators and users bear full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local legislation.

4.3 One account per person

Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Balances.

4.4 Prohibited Users

The following persons are not permitted to open or use an Account: individuals under 21 years of age; current employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of duit447 and its associated entities; individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or excluded by duit447; and individuals accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

5Account Registration & Security

5.1 Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. duit447 may request identity documents, proof of address or payment verification at any point. Failure to satisfy KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.

5.2 Login credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share these details with any other person. duit447 will not ask for your password through any communication channel. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

5.3 Account activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you have reported a security concern and duit447 has taken steps to secure the Account. duit447 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

6Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Supported methods

duit447 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of MYR-denominated methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Availability of specific methods is subject to change and is confirmed in the Platform cashier at the time of each transaction.

6.2 Deposit conditions

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum limits, processing times and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation. Deposits using e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed immediately. Bank transfers and FPX transactions may take up to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and may take 15–30 minutes depending on blockchain congestion.

6.3 Withdrawal conditions

Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds and to successful completion of identity verification. duit447 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. 6.4 Third-party payments

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. 7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General bonus terms

All Promotions offered by duit447 are subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, minimum qualifying deposit, Wagering Requirements, maximum bet per round during bonus play, game contribution percentages, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are published alongside each Promotion and must be read in full before acceptance.

7.2 Wagering requirements

A Wagering Requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or deposit-plus-bonus amount) must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means that MYR 1,500 in eligible bets must be completed. Different multipliers (x10, x15, x20 or other amounts) apply to different Promotions as published.

7.3 Maximum bet restriction

While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permitted stake per round or per bet is as specified in the applicable Promotion terms, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Stakes exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may constitute a breach of these Terms and result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.4 Game contribution

Not all games contribute equally towards the satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games and specialty titles may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates for each Promotion are specified in the applicable terms.

7.5 Bonus abuse

duit447 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, reverse any winnings and suspend any Account where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched or arbitrage betting using Bonus Funds; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion; or any other conduct designed to exploit the terms of a Promotion unfairly.

8Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited User;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or otherwise exploit any software or content forming part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, payment manipulation or collusion with other Users;
• Providing false, misleading or third-party information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Posting, transmitting or disseminating any unlawful, defamatory, abusive or otherwise objectionable content through any communication feature of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of duit447.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of duit447 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The duit447 name, logo and all related product names and slogans are trade marks of duit447.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Platform; use any data mining, robots or similar data-gathering tools; or create derivative works based on Platform content without the prior written consent of duit447.

10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform content

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. duit447 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information published on the Platform. Payment processing times, bonus terms and game information are subject to change and may not reflect current conditions at all times.

10.2 Gambling outcomes

duit447 does not guarantee any gambling outcome. All casino games and sports markets involve inherent risk and no strategy, system or information published on the Platform can reliably circumvent the statistical house edge. Users accept all risk associated with their gambling activity.

10.3 Limitation of liability

11Responsible Gambling

duit447 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all eligible adult users. The Platform provides access to the following tools and the full guidance for each is set out on the Responsible Gambling page:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings to control spending.
• Session time limits: Users may configure session duration reminders and automatic disconnection thresholds.
• Cooling-off periods: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be applied at the User's request.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a minimum 6-month or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During self-exclusion, Accounts cannot be reopened and marketing communications will cease.

12Account Suspension & Termination

duit447 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• A chargeback, dispute or reversal has been initiated by the User against a valid transaction;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to duit447, other Users or third parties.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, duit447 may withhold all or part of any remaining Balance pending investigation. Cash Funds not subject to active investigation will be returned to the User via the original deposit method where technically and legally feasible. Bonus Funds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending wagering requirements must be resolved before Cash Fund withdrawals are processed following a voluntary Account closure.

13Amendments

duit447 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform, by email to registered Account holders or by prominent display of an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at https://duit447.cam/terms-conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which duit447 is incorporated, which operates under an applicable international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts or to represent compliance with Malaysian gambling legislation, which does not currently regulate international online operators of this nature.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body, unless prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
